KANNUR: Vayalkili protesters at Keezhattoor have come out with criticism against Minister G Sudhakaran, who had called them vultures.
Their leader Suresh Keezhattoor said that Sudhakaran had been afflicted by cataract and he needed urgent surgery. “The CPM is spitting at the face of its former history of agitations. Vayalkilikals appear as vultures for Sudhakaran because he has forgotten the strike and strike history of the CPM. The minister should withdraw his statement,” he demanded.
Suresh said that the minister was speaking without any sense of the reality, “The strike pandal was set ablaze only after police caged all Vayalkilis. This showed CPM’s fascist stand.
